Processing & Shipping Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 10–14 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Please note that processing times may vary during high-volume periods, product launches, or special releases. If there are any delays beyond our standard timeframe, they will be clearly communicated prior to shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays once your order has been transferred to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for assistance.

This information is required for us to file an insurance claim on your behalf. Claims cannot be processed without proper documentation submitted within the 3-day window.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Shop J Kelley is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local carrier for further assistance.
